Full-Time Remote Talent Acquisition Generalist

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate updates.
• Manage open requisitions across multiple hiring platforms.
• Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to support recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support recruiting events (up to 25%).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
• Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
