Full-Time Remote Veterinary Sourcing Specialist

Veterinary Sourcing Specialist will source candidates to support research at Alliance Animal Health, focusing on qualified DVM candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates via calls, texts, emails, mailers, LinkedIn.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to engage DVM prospects.
• Analyze industry trends and the recruiting landscape.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify priority candidates.
• Follow up on leads and passive candidate lists.
• Generate prospecting reports.
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
• Develop candidate profiles and document recruiting data in ATS & CRM.
• Utilize technology for candidate attraction and communication.
• Stay current on recruiting technology.
• Assist in developing diverse talent initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Communicate candidate progress to stakeholders.
• Engage in community outreach.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and Recruiting CRM.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in computers and ability to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sourcing and recruitment experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and effective time management.
• Creative thinking and marketing skills.
