Full-Time Researcher - Executive Search

You’ll work closely with Executive Search Partners and senior stakeholders to build robust pipelines of senior-level talent, with a particular focus on diversity and strategic hiring needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Search Partners to understand their research needs.
• Contribute towards the delivery of key recruitment projects within the Strategic Resourcing team.
• Identify diverse candidates using a plethora of tools, for future and active leadership appointments.
• Contribute towards organising and running bespoke internal and external events.
• Review applications and conduct pre-screening interview calls with prospective candidates.
• Track and analyse talent trends, competitor movements, and market insights to inform hiring strategies.

Who we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with asset management.
• Proven experience in Executive search or talent research.
• A passion for providing incredible service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
• Familiarity with Executive search tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
