We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Resume Writer and Job Search Coach to join our Outplacement Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate career transitions and possess expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn training, and interview preparation.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with candidates to assess their career goals.
- Assist candidates in crafting compelling resumes.
- Provide guidance on optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
- Conduct mock interviews and offer feedback.
- Develop personalized action plans.
- Stay informed about current trends in resume writing.
- Collaborate with the broader Outplacement Services team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Resume Writer and Job Search Coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn training, and interview preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Certification in Resume Writer and Job Search Coaching is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
