Full-Time Retail Media Associate Director (DACH)

Lead one of the most strategic transformations in our Retail Media business.

Scale our Retail Media offering across DACH, grow and develop partnerships with suppliers, marketplace sellers, and agencies; and lead a Sales & KAM team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own revenue and pipeline for DACH incl. forecasting, tiering, deal reviews, QBRs
• Build and scale our GTM playbook (bundles, pricing, use cases) for the DACH region
• Lead and coach a high-performing Sales & KAM team
• Drive strategic annual negotiations with partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Tech, Campaign Management, Data/BI, Procurement, Category & Country Management
• Develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment
• Build and manage our Agency Partner Program

About You:

• 5–8+ years in commercial leadership and/or Key Account Management
• Deep knowledge of trade marketing and retail media KPIs
• Proven revenue ownership, negotiation strength, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
• Hybrid working-friendly mindset, regular presence in Cologne and across DACH (20–30% travel)
