Full-Time Revenue Cycle Optimization Manager

In this high-impact leadership position, you'll drive innovation across the entire revenue cycle using data and process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives for operational efficiency and reimbursement effectiveness.
• Focusing on continuous improvement in reimbursement operations (prior authorization, billing, coding, claims follow-up, and collections).
• Collaborating across reimbursement teams to improve processes and reduce claim denials.
• Developing and executing process improvement initiatives to optimize revenue cycle metrics.
• Leading root cause analysis and performance audits to identify inefficiencies and improve reimbursement timelines.
• Building and managing a framework for continuous quality improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen techniques.
• Mentoring staff in improvement methodology and project execution.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance KPIs, developing dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to align process improvements.
• Staying current with industry trends, payer changes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Proven success implementing process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and RCM metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Clear, effective communication skills

Compensation: $133,900 - $180,810 (base salary range)
