Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementation of Experian Health products from kick-off through transition, for both front-end and back-end healthcare revenue cycle products.

- Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
- Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio
- Work with sales on pre-sale components and scoping
- Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to utilize them within several types of client settings
- Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workflow
Requirements:
- 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle implementation experience required
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility required
- EPIC experience
- Excellent project management skills (knowledge of project management process, tools and documentation)
- Knowledge of Experian Health's products
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry such as HIPAA
- Willingness to travel (less than 25%)
