What You Will DoAs our Revenue Operations Business Partner, you support the commercial teams' daily operational needs by ensuring efficient processes, accurate data, and actionable insights. You partner with Commercial leaders and managers to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management & Data Integrity: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) for accuracy and consistency. Support sales & CX teams in utilizing CRM tools, troubleshooting issues, and providing training.
- Commercial Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards tracking key sales & CX metrics (pipeline health, quota attainment, lead conversion, forecasting). Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
- Commercial Process Support: Assist in designing and optimizing commercial processes for enhanced efficiency. Ensure adherence to processes, effective systems usage, and best practice sharing.
- Lead Management & Routing: Support lead assignment, routing, and tracking for timely follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in sales forecasting, data validation, pipeline monitoring, and supporting leadership in understanding sales trends.
- Commercial Technology Support: Manage commercial tools (automation, CRM plugins, reporting platforms) to equip the sales & CX teams for efficient performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and business technology to ensure RevOps aligns with business objectives. Support cross-departmental initiatives.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation on commercial processes, best practices, and CRM usage. Provide training to commercial teams on operational tools and processes.
