The Customer Solutions Consultant will advise enterprise clients on safety and security solutions. This role focuses on engaging with key stakeholders within Global 2000 companies to co-develop strategies. The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for consulting on and implementing Master Lock’s integrated safety and security solutions at an enterprise level.

- Establish strategic partnerships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Expand solution adoption and maximize customer value.
- Identify and engage Global 2000 organizations.
- Guide clients through the evaluation and adoption of SaaS-based safety solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Master Lock’s integrated safety and security solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to design solution roadmaps.
- Maintain detailed records of client engagements in CRM.
- 7+ years experience in sales presenting SaaS proposals.
- Demonstrated success advising C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of company products and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles.
