Full-Time Sales & Client Success Manager

The Sales & Client Success Manager is a remote role based in the United States. This client-facing role requires strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

• Business Development: Undertake business development and cold outreach within the US market.
• Sales / Proposals: Scope prospect needs, develop content, price and deliver proposals.
• Events: Attend industry events to meet with clients and develop new leads.
• Contracting: Refine and negotiate contract language with clients.
• Client Retention: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Client Feedback: Seek client feedback for product improvement.

• Driven self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Commercially astute, pro-active, self-confident, and willing to take responsibility.
• Consulting or sales experience essential.
• Organised, methodical, detail oriented, discreet, and confidential.
• Knowledge of client relationship management systems.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or consulting experience.
• Experience working in security or intelligence, preferred.
• Able to undertake domestic and international travel as required.
• Preferred experience working with C-Suite and executives.
