- Design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities and product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain the Sales Playbook—messaging, positioning, objection handling, and best practices.
- Lead enablement for new product launches, ensuring readiness across direct and partner channels.
- Partner with Product early to embed commercial and competitive considerations into development.
- Coordinate high-impact sales collateral and training programmes in collaboration with Brand and L&D.
- Optimise enablement systems and processes, track KPIs, and report performance insights.
- Act as the central connector across teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

- Proven experience in sales enablement leadership, designing programmes that drive revenue performance.
- Expertise in building enablement infrastructure—tools, content, systems, and frameworks.
