AAF International is seeking a Sales Leader to join our Industrial Air Quality Sales team. This role involves executing annual sales goals in the UK for Environmental Products (IAQ) equipment and aftermarket businesses. Scope for flexible working arrangements including working from home. Domestic and international travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Execute annual sales goals and objectives for the Industrial Air Quality business unit.
- Develop relationships with new customers through meetings and presentations.
- Plan and direct regional business activities to exceed sales goals.
- Provide a 3-12 month rolling Bookings Forecast on a monthly basis.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing programs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline within SalesForce.
- Manage Agent/Reseller/OEM/End User sales performance.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers.
Person Specification:
- Experience in sales of industrial products.
- Ability to manage multiple commercial opportunities.
- Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce).
