Job Details
The Sales Manager – Americas will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Telex Aviation products across North and Latin America. This role focuses on developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding Telex Aviation’s presence across airline, general aviation, and aviation distribution markets, and representing Telex at key industry events.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives across the Americas region.
- Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, general aviation operators, MROs, distributors, and channel partners.
- Business Development & Market Growth: Drive growth initiatives with existing and new airline customers to expand headset adoption.
- Trade Shows & Regional Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and aviation events throughout the Americas region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Head of Sales & Marketing to align regional execution with global strategy.
