We are seeking an ambitious sales achiever to join a leading manufacturer in CSST, shaping gas installations of the future.The Role
Develop and manage all sales activities to drive company growth, develop and maintain business in key strategic countries, maximizing margins and increasing profitability.
Forge relationships with M&E Contractors, Consultants, and Merchants to promote the brand and drive sales.
Support Merchants and Gas Installers with training and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- 70% Contractor/Consultant calls, 30% Merchant calls.
- Generate monthly pipeline reports.
- Field Sales experience in HVAC sector, basic knowledge of heating systems.
- Selling experience to M&E Contractors, Consultants, and Merchants.
- Understand back-selling and driving product requirements.
- Demonstrate business development and sales growth.
- Discuss engineered solutions with customer engineers.
- High-level business acumen, technical qualification or 5+ years' experience.
- Proven marketing management track record.
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and confident.
- Remote working, self-management, and motivation required.
- Effectively communicate with senior executives.
