We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Workwear) to join our sales team in the UK. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key workwear brands, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within the workwear industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the workwear industry.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for key workwear brands.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within workwear organizations.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze commercial performance metrics, reporting findings to management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest trends in the workwear industry.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a strong focus on workwear.
Skills:

- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

- Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel internationally within the EU and Asia (15-30%)
