Full-Time Sales & Marketing Executive (Hotel/Resort)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our prestigious hotel/resort in Doha, Qatar.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email marketing
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and brand consistency
• Represent the hotel/resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local Qatar and Gulf region hospitality market
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the hotel/resort's brand standards and values

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales and marketing
