Job Details
Primary Function: Manage and operationalize field-based strategies, initiatives, and plans to maximize field force effectiveness, business outcomes, and patient care. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field deployment, size, structure, territory alignment, and placement to meet commercial objectives.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives for improved sales force effectiveness, performance, and productivity.
- Assist in developing and executing a field communications strategy.
- Ensure Veeva CRM, incentive compensation, and operational needs are met.
- Identify process dependencies, coordinate with cross-functional teams for optimized deployment.
- Facilitate communication between field operations, insights, data science, and other teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, marketing, data science, or related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of related work experience; 5+ years in business analysis aligned to Field Deployment, Size, Structure, Targeting, Alignment, call plan development.
- Experience in commercial pharmaceutical/biotech/Rare disease business.
- Demonstrated experience in sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, sales performance reporting/analysis, Veeva CRM.
- Strong project management, communication, planning, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in Field Communications, Field On/Offboarding, Credentialing, Fleet Reimbursement Program a plus.
Compensation: $130,000-$175,000 annually plus benefits.
