Full-Time SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Your tasks:

• International rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration
• Optimization and maintenance of existing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning)
• Ongoing support within SuccessFactors including release management
• Consulting and supporting the HR business as inhouse consultant within SAP SuccessFactors and translate business requirements in technical solutions
• Execute trainings for key users
• Support in troubleshooting and incidents
• Support of various projects (e.g., implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central or release upgrades)
• Manage external consultants
• Manage smaller projects as sub-project manager

Your skills:

• Education Level : University Degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors in minimum two SF modules
• Expert knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and administration
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus
• Experienced in consulting of business requirements
• Profound knowledge in supporting IT applications in professional environments
