Job Details
The Semiconductor Account Manager will drive sales growth and market expansion for INFICON products. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify growth opportunities for INFICON’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise.
- Manage comprehensive account activities.
- Provide feedback to Business Units regarding product introduction strategies.
- Support pricing adjustments and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Segment Manager and Strategic Account Director.
Marketing and Industry Engagement:
- Contribute to the development and execution of territory-specific sales and marketing plans.
- Represent INFICON at trade shows and participate in industry committees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
- 3+ years of account management experience.
- Extensive technical expertise in semiconductor processes and vacuum physics.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
