Job Details

We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Account Executive responsible for driving integration services sales. The right candidate will have experience managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify IT pain points.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized IT solutions.
  • Present and explain IT solutions.
  • Manage relationships with current clients and grow existing business.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the IBM Sterling & Integration space.
  • Work with IBM sales counterparts to create opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients.
  • Whiteboard solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Calculate and Socialize ROI scenarios.
  • Manage the sales life cycle from lead generation to onboarding clients.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain sales reports.
  • Generate sales activities including calls/meetings, presentations, and client entertainment.
  • Answer client inquiries about products and services.
  • Proactively solicit and communicate client feedback.
  • Meet with clients on-site and facilitate product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales, services, and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as quota carrying Account Executive in technology sales.
  • 5+ years of experience selling IT Professional Services.
  • Experience in selling fixed price and T&M Projects.
  • Quota responsibilities: achieving quota of $2-$3Million or more per year.
  • IBM Sterling and/or competitor experience is a plus.
  • Experience with consultative sales in the technology integration space.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service-minded.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop and manage professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication and sales closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time (US).
