Job Details
We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Account Executive responsible for driving integration services sales. The candidate will:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify IT pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized IT solutions.
- Present and explain IT solutions, highlighting their value.
- Manage relationships with current clients and grow existing business.
- Identify new business opportunities in the IBM Sterling & Integration space.
- Work with IBM sales counterparts to drive opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients.
- Calculate and Socialize ROI scenarios within the sales cycle
- Manage the sales life cycle.
- Forecast accurately and maintain sales reports.
- Generate sales-related activities.
- Answer client inquiries.
- Meet with clients on-site.
- Collaborate with sales, services and marketing teams.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Account Executive in technology sales
- 5+ years of selling IT Professional Services experience
- Experience in selling both fixed price and T&M Projects.
- Quota responsibilities include: carrying and achieving quota of $2-$3Million or more per year.
- IBM Sterling and/or competitor experience is a plus
- Experience with consultative sales ideally within the technology integration space
- Customer service-minded, focused on addressing needs and fulfilling commitments
- Ability to develop and manage professional networks with partners, prospects, and clients
- Exceptional communication skills and strong sales closing and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time (US)
