Full-Time Senior Account Manager

• Leads tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans.
• Develops and incorporates strategic planning skills within account management.
• Collaborates with PMO, Creative, and SMEs to apply data and insights to project plans.
• Serves as the main contact for clients and agency partners.
• Leads the development of campaigns and project plans.
• Provides day-to-day support on broader strategic efforts alongside the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director.
• Identifies and meets client needs, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Ensures successful initiation, management, and execution of all initiatives.
• Leads client presentations and facilitates internal project meetings.
• Participates actively in a highly engaged and large account team.
• Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 6 years of related industry experience.
• Strong experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital and print execution.
• Strong client relations skills with proven customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
• Sound analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Understanding of web development technologies.
• Supervisory and staff development skills.
• Financial acumen.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Periodic travel required.
