Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Experian Personal Loans Marketplace. The Experian Marketplace is a growing financial lead generation experience that matches Experian.com consumers with the best financial products based on data-driven decisioning and matching logic. This visible role is responsible for onboarding, account management, and program optimization of assigned financial partnerships.
You will report to the VP of Growth and Emerging Markets and have the option of working in a hybrid capacity from our North America Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA or fully remote.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate new partner onboarding and ongoing account management for Personal Loan partners.
- Improve revenue through account growth and optimization plans that align partner strengths with Experian priorities and strategic programs.
- Research and communicate new developments in the competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners.
- Coordinate program changes and account operations.
- Ensure programs comply with partner marketing guidelines.
- Build internal relationships with the broader Experian sales organization, business units, and operational support teams.
- Represent the partner's voice to internal Experian team members.
- Manage new program projects and optimizations from start to finish.
