This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as we continue our expansion, especially in the US. As Levellr’s Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of our top consumer brands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the strategic lead, responsible for retaining and expanding a portfolio of high-value accounts.
- Guiding clients from onboarding to becoming advocates for Levellr and thriving Discord communities.
- Deliver unmatched value by crafting outcome-driven strategies.
- Build trusted relationships and solve challenges.
- Manage complex global accounts and expand stakeholder connections.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of community strategies.
- Lead by example and mentor team members.
- Stay ahead of trends and provide innovative recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.

- Passion for understanding online communities.
