Full-Time Senior Accountant

The RoleWe seek a Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role ensures accurate financial records, improves processes, and supports strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end close.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Perform reconciliations (sales, fulfillment, balance sheet, bank accounts, inventory, accruals).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Support external audits and tax filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and enforce internal controls.
• Prepare cash burn reports.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide financial insights.
• Utilize and optimize ERP software (NetSuite preferred).
• Support automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a high-growth startup or consumer technology).
• Experience in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location: NYC, BOS, ATL (US) and Canada/Mexico.
