About the role:
The Senior Associate, People Operations will support employees by developing and implementing people programs that reinforce company culture and drive professional growth. The role requires value added initiatives that will increase productivity and employee engagement levels.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee smooth onboarding and compliant offboarding processes.
- Human Resource Information System: Ensure HRIS data is up to date, optimize data reporting, and generate HR reports.
- Team Collaboration: Replicate SunCulture’s culture, manage the people's team, collaborate on wellness initiatives, and ensure clear communication on policies.
- Compliance & HR Governance: Ensure compliance with employment requirements, maintain employee documentation, update HR policies, and support audits.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the performance management cycle, provide guidance, track appraisals, and address training needs.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Ensure accurate HRIS data, optimize functionality, and generate HR reports.
- Employee Relations: Support investigations, advise on disciplinary processes, promote a culture of trust, and monitor employee engagement.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least three years of demonstrated experience in human resources/talent management, is preferred
- IHRM membership.
