Full-Time Senior Brand Manager

Senior Brand Manager will leverage strategic mindset and product marketing background to create and implement marketing strategies for Montu brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and execute commercial and product marketing strategies to achieve brand growth goals (market analysis, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, product launches, pricing strategies, demand generation campaigns).
2. Identify growth opportunities for Montu's products.
3. Analyze marketing initiatives, identify effectiveness, optimize strategies and track results.
4. Develop and implement product launch strategies.
5. Develop new brands, including visual identity, messaging, style guides, and packaging; define and communicate brand value proposition.
6. Develop clear, compelling brand messaging and unique value proposition to enhance competitiveness.
7. Develop visual narratives to tell the brand's story and engage audiences.
8. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events). Monitor sales and adjust product/promotional plans.
9. Create and manage campaign calendars for timely execution. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
10. Develop marketing collateral (eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets) ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
11. Oversee content creation and distribution; ensure brand consistency.
12. Oversee product information on internal and external websites.
13. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution; monitor timelines, resources, budgets.
14. Identify and address project roadblocks and manage stakeholders.
15. Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to make data-driven decisions. Adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
16. Use data analytics to understand success drivers and areas for improvement; utilize KPIs to measure effectiveness.
17. Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to inform strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a product/brand manager in OTC Healthcare.
• Effective leadership with proven ownership and team management.
• Category Management experience.
• HCP marketing experience (Health Care Professionals).
• Proven innovation experience (fast-paced startup/scale-up or creative agency).
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans generating growth.
• Expertise in crafting brand identities and packaging development.
• Experience with product launch strategies.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Branding and marketing principles expertise.
• Knowledge of clinical audiences.
• Project management experience and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
