Job Purpose:
The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) is pivotal in ensuring a world-class service to bronze, silver, gold, and platinum customers. This role involves actively bringing in new business and fostering close relationships with Sales Development Representatives (SDR).
Responsibilities:
- Bring in new enterprise customers, focusing on those with 25+ devices.
- Visit prospects/customers in person as a central part of the role.
- Achieve net unit growth in the customer portfolio.
- Develop close working relationships with SDRs to generate leads.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, escalating queries as needed.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
- Generate referrals for other Radius divisions through cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience, preferably in telematics.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to meet KPIs and provide relevant reporting.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and conscientious approach to work.
