Job Overview: We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive IT services expansion, including HR and project outsourcing. The ideal candidate will excel in business development, client relationship management, and closing deals with major enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop business opportunities in IT outsourcing, including workforce and project-based services.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing ones, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Business Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead commercial discussions, finalize contracts, manage internal/external communications, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from an IT service company.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or related fields, with strong understanding of the IT services and outsourcing industry. Experience working with enterprise clients and supplier onboarding processes is essential. A local client network is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong English, German, and Chinese (spoken & written).
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, and resilience. Logical thinking, strategic mindset, team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
  • Other Requirements: Adaptability, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
