The IDS Core Business Manager role includes:
- Leading a team of account managers.
- Developing strategic partnerships.
- Ensuring the profitability of our commercial operation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead actions to ensure profitable business metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Manage commercial budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in a commercial management, product management, or senior sales role.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
- Strong financial acumen & P&L understanding.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
