ServiceNow is seeking an analytical and strategic operations manager to join the Platform & GenAI Strategic Operations Team to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across the Platform & Gen AI organization.
The team member will develop a deep strategic understanding of ServiceNow’s business across its full product suite, enjoy rare visibility across our full portfolio including our Generative AI activities, and be highly visible to leaders across the company.
This role is highly collaborative, providing an opportunity to become a key business partner, and establishing strong relationships with a broad set of senior leaders across ServiceNow.
What you get to do in this role:
- Manage and execute operational cadences (e.g., product reviews, OKRs, etc.) and support alignment between Product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making by defining and tracking relevant product and business KPIs.
- Program management with cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identifying risks, and hosting regular status meetings.
- Drive process improvements to streamline communication and decision-making across teams.
- Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations all in high-quality output (written and oral).
- Support senior leaders of the Platform & Gen AI business unit on ad-hoc analysis.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or management consulting at a top-tier software company, consulting firm, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field; MBA a plus.
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, and able to work with all layers of an organization.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL.
Preferred location: Santa Clara, CA; open to remote (ideally within SF Bay Area, CA; Seattle/Kirkland, WA; or San Diego, CA). FD21
Compensation: $109,400 - $180,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
