About This Opportunity:

As a Senior Cloud Operations and Support Engineer, you'll manage the Docebo learning platform, solving critical customer issues. You'll be part of a global team handling urgent issues, diagnosing problems, and orchestrating resolutions. In-depth knowledge of the platform, architecture, and code is crucial, along with the ability to coordinate across teams (Support, Product, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Manage Docebo Incident and Escalation process
• Monitor metrics and improve observability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot service incidents/outages; do urgent code fixes as needed
• Maintain and evolve the Docebo multi-tenant infrastructure
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, technical staff, and customers
• Work with tickets, incidents, problems, and system changes
• Identify ways to streamline development processes
• Perform on-call duty to maintain availability and performance

Requirements:

• Infrastructure management and operations experience
• Linux, Docker, and LAMP stack knowledge
• AWS Cloud services experience
• Bash or Python scripting experience
• Web application development (PHP/JavaScript/Node)
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab CI)
• Application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic)
• Docker orchestrators (e.g., Amazon ECS, Kubernetes)
• Git knowledge
• Problem-solving skills with ability to take intuitive leaps
