As a Senior Commercial Manager at Streem Energy, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on international sales, managing a specific geographic region in Europe (outside France and Benelux).
Daily Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of clients, their needs, and challenges to craft customer-centric strategies.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline through network building, industry events, referrals, and ecosystem relationships; including market mapping and lead generation.
- Drive revenue by acquiring, managing, developing, and expanding relationships with clients.
- Bridge clients and the engineering team, particularly in evolving markets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a sales manager in SaaS B2B sales, with pipeline management and contract closing experience (or equivalent business development experience).
- Alternatively, candidates with renewable energy or client-facing experience (e.g., consultants, originators) transitioning to energy data sales are welcome.
- Excellent English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, German, Dutch) for communication.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong drive to secure contracts and grow the business, particularly with new products.
- Familiarity with energy markets is a plus.
