As a Senior Commercial Manager at Streem Energy, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on international sales, managing a specific geographic region in Europe (outside France and Benelux).
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Streem’s clients, their needs, and challenges, building tailored sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Build, maintain, and grow a robust sales pipeline by leveraging network, attending events, sourcing referrals, and cultivating relationships.
- Drive revenue by acquiring, managing, developing, and expanding relationships with clients; focus on account growth and retention.
- Handle contract negotiations and oversee renewals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and the engineering team, especially in evolving markets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a sales manager in the Energy Market with a track record in SaaS B2B sales (or equivalent business development experience)
- Proven expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language.
- A high-energy, agile mindset, with the drive to secure contracts and expand the business.
