Senior Compensation Analyst
As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you'll ensure compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant. You'll support compensation structures, advise managers, and ensure practices reflect company values and meet legal standards. You'll also assess and align compensation structures for new team members, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Compensation Benchmarking and Analysis: Determine job levels, FLSA status, and compensation grades based on job responsibilities and market data. Provide guidance on job design and compensation.
- Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Monitor and apply compensation laws (FLSA, pay equity). Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
- Compensation Program & Policy Development: Assist in designing compensation programs and policies, improving clarity and transparency.
- Integration and Mapping Support: Align compensation structures for incoming teams, identify disparities, and ensure equity.
- Process Improvement and Documentation: Refine and optimize compensation structures, develop new programs, and maintain documentation.

Compensation
$104,000 - $127,250 based on experience.
