About the RoleThe Compensation Consultant will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of DoorDash's compensation strategy to help us shape our future. You will provide leadership in scaling compensation programs for one of our core business areas, and contribute to the development of initiatives for the unique employee populations on these teams. Your work will help guide the continued development of DoorDash's compensation programs as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of DoorDash's compensation strategy and programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and employees you support, as well as align with the company's Total Rewards philosophy
• Support DoorDash teams as a strategic partner and compensation expert through data-driven decisions, applying your extensive knowledge and staying abreast of industry best practices, benchmarks, and current compensation trends
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning applications to improve and find efficiencies in compensation processes
• Be responsible for leading, managing, and assessing the implementation and ongoing oversight of DoorDash's compensation programs, policies, plans, and processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with reporting and global, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
