We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join the senior leadership team within Informa TechTarget Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with the division’s Chief People Officer to roll out Informa TechTarget’s comprehensive total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation programs for employees.
- Develop strategic, commercially driven solutions that support business growth.
- Guide business partners and leaders through the annual compensation cycle.
- Maintain consistency and alignment in reward strategies and programs.
- Ensure strategies remain competitive, compliant, and promote colleague engagement.
- Drive reward policies, manage salary structures, oversee incentives, and handle stock/equity programs.
- Reward Division Salary Management – Oversee pay budgets, provide analysis, and ensure effective salary management. Lead benchmarking, salary range development, annual pay reviews, out-of-cycle increases, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and senior executive compensation strategies.
- Short Term Incentives – Support design and delivery of annual incentive plans, including target setting, colleague communication, and payment processes.
- Long-Term Incentives – Advise on the design, research, funding, delivery, and management of the long-term stock/equity program.
- Compensation Committee Support – Provide analysis and support the creation of Board materials for the Compensation Committee.
- Competitiveness – Analyze market trends, industry standards, and competitive practices to ensure competitive reward levels.
- Job Levelling – Research, develop, and drive the introduction of a consistent job leveling framework.
- Benefit Programs – Ensure the integration and management of colleague benefits programs.
- Leadership Team Management – Be active in the senior HR Leadership team.
- Reward Partnerships – Collaborate with other division Reward Leads, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Reward Consultancy – Provide partnership and reward consultancy support.
- Change Management – Lead initiatives related to reward programs, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements for a publicly traded global company.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a divisional reward role.
- Experience with a US-listed organization (ideally NASDAQ).
- Managed and attended compensation committee meetings.
- Developed and delivered Long Term Incentive Plans.
- Familiar with reward transitions from Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD).
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
