Senior Manager, Compensation Partnership
Owns strategy, implementation, communication, business partnership, and administration of compensation programs (base pay, incentive pay, equity, recognition). Collaborates closely with HR and business to design and deliver total rewards programs focused on leader and associate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of compensation partners.
- Support development and maintenance of a 3-year total rewards strategy roadmap.
- Provide consultative and strategic partnering efforts to HR and business leaders.
- Reinforce mindsets and capabilities for using compensation programs.
- Build understanding of total rewards offerings by driving associate and leader engagement.
- Lead end-to-end compensation processes (survey management, annual planning, salary reviews).
- Develop, maintain, and evolve a job architecture for HR and compensation practices.
- Identify and drive process improvement using lean tools.
- Develop and execute the annual calendar of core total rewards activities.
- Develop the wage-related budget and monitor budget to actual.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Lead initiatives improving the associate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of compensation/benefits program implementation and managerial responsibility.
- Experience delivering and developing a high-performing team.
- Experience in analyzing, delivering, and consulting on compensation programs.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, execution, and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- HRIS experience, Workday experience a plus.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-organized, confident to work independently, and a strong team player.
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities with a sense of urgency.
Occasional travel required.
