Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter.
- Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end corporate recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for corporate level positions.
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills.
- Match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals.
- Build Relationships leveraging social networks.
- Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments.
- Screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
- 3+ years of Corporate recruiting experience (Finance, Logistics, HR).
