Full-Time Senior Corporate Recruiter

• Partner with stakeholders to seek hard to find candidates for corporate and strategic positions.
• Utilize sourcing techniques such as social media to pipeline and source talent.
• Act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, supporting and guiding Hiring Managers.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects.
• Build networks and communities with a variety multi-sourcing channels including social media.
• Manage daily challenges with problem solving and open-minded approach.

Requirements:

• University level education or equivalent.
• 5 -8 years’ of recruitment experience.
• A good understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven background of directly sourcing methods.
• Working experience with C and E level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
