As a Sr Customer Success Manager at Proof, you'll build strategic relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve revenue growth for key accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactive contact with business clients to build relationships and guide product usage.
- Driving customer understanding of digital transformation benefits and change management.
- Guiding customers towards expanding Proof platform use.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define success plans, KPIs, and roadmaps.
- Analyzing key performance indicators and ROI, working closely with data analytics teams.
- Consulting on industry and product best practices, conducting business reviews.
- Advocating for customer needs and collaborating with product, marketing, and support teams.
- Maximizing customer value with tools and resources.
- Improving onboarding and service policies.
- Creating resources for customers to fully understand products.
- Monitoring contract renewals and implementing upsell strategies.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gathering data for product improvement.
- Providing technical and product support.
Qualifications include:
- 8+ years client management experience at a software company.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in Customer Success, driving product adoption, retention, revenue expansion.
- Working with complex, multi-divisional customers
- Strong technical proficiency with APIs & third-party integrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven program management skills (planning, collaboration, communication).
- Ability to manage various stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for various audiences.
