The Role Our Enterprise Customer Success team is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. This critical role helps leading companies empower their teams with the latest tech. You'll:
- Empathize with the customer experience
- Guide and coach customer executives
- Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction
- Coach customers to be product experts
- Identify customer challenges and suggest solutions
- Partner with the Sales team
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Craft and adapt customer onboarding assets
- Help drive customer references

- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Software or education experience is a plus.
