Open-source projects: vCluster (certified Kubernetes distribution), DevPod (codespaces alternative), DevSpace (CNCF Sandbox Project).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation campaigns (ideation-execution-reporting): inbound, outbound (paid ads, automation, nurture, offline).
- Scale ABM efforts with sales & revenue operations to connect/convert ideal customers.
- Drive lead nurture and operational efficiency within lifecycle/nurture engine.
- Operate Hubspot and Salesforce with revenue operations.
- Scale paid growth channels: targeting, campaigns, channel activity mapping for sales cycle efficiency.
- Analyze multi-channel marketing performance (paid channels, SEM, webinars, videos, email).
- Optimize conversion rates, SEO, and SEM using Google tools.
- Experiment with offline channels (direct mail, gifting).
- Support field marketing with digital outreach & post-event nurture.
- Refine pipeline generation and ROI measurement with revenue ops.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B demand/growth/marketing operations.
- 2+ years managing paid programs, working with design/agencies.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SREs).
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, and cloud native landscape (preferred).
- Strong analytics skills, understanding of multi-channel impact on revenue.
- Expert in marketing automation (Hubspot preferred, other experience considered), paid digital, and SDR/BDR outreach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to create campaigns for diverse personas and verticals.
- Self-directed and minimal supervision needed.
