Full-Time Senior Director, Clinical Value & Access

Senior Director, Clinical Value & Access, Screening is a subject matter expert leading an innovative approach to cancer screening.

This role requires a medical affairs professional with deep clinical training and commercial experience to develop key partnerships with cancer screening healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage leading healthcare professionals to support new cancer screening product/service introductions.
• Communicate and collaborate with leading healthcare professionals to demonstrate clinical and economic value.
• Translate research data into publications, presentations, and CME activities.
• Engage key leaders in cancer screening to discuss evidence for blood-based Colorectal Cancer (CRC) screening.
• Develop unique performance data demonstrating screening product impact on clinical outcomes.
• Engage C-suite executives (CMOs, CQOs).
• Consult with Investigators on data collection, regulatory questions, and protocol development.
• Develop external partnerships accelerating screening product adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and scientific opportunities with KOLs and key physician influencers.
• Support on-site presentations, data reviews, and interactive education events for KOLs.
• Participate in the broader Medical Affairs organization.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD) with 10+ years of experience in medical affairs.
• 5+ years of experience in diagnostics, oncology, screening, public health or related fields.
• Proven leadership, ethical, and scientific standards.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, partnering with large healthcare systems, and product support.
• Strategic thinking, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict.
• Proven track record in research collaborations.
• Broad network of clinical relationships in oncology.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Work Model: Hybrid model with defined in-person/onsite and work-from-home days.

Salary Range: $246,400 - $338,800 (US).

Additional Details:

• 50% regional travel.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Majority of work is in a desk/office environment, but potential exposure to high noise, fumes, and biohazard materials.
