The Senior Director is responsible for designing and executing an executive recruiting strategy that proactively identifies and engages transformative leaders to support ServiceNow’s business priorities. Acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives and motivates a high-performing team of recruiters. Guarantees that executive search operations are efficient and deliver exceptional outcomes. The position is responsible for surpassing recruitment goals, attracting top-tier engineering executives, and ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global executive recruiting strategy for engineering leadership roles.
- Domain Expertise: Act as the organization’s thought leader in executive recruiting.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize processes for candidate discovery and management. Ensure a “white glove” experience for candidates and business stakeholders.
- Technology & Analytics: Harness technology and analytics to drive recruiting efficiency, including workforce planning and funnel metrics.
- Succession & Pipelining: Collaborate with succession planning and HR partners to support robust external talent pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop the global engineering executive recruiting team.
- Collaboration & Influence: Build consensus and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
- Culture & Brand: Serve as a cultural ambassador, aligning HR communications and experiences with ServiceNow’s positioning.
- Sales & Negotiation: Utilize sales abilities and negotiation skills to compete for top talent.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 10+ years of progressive executive recruiting experience.
- Experience in both internal and external talent acquisition.
- Proven success in a global, multi-billion-dollar, high-growth technology organization.
- Deep understanding of global technology talent markets.
