Senior Director of Global Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Blend's compensation and benefits programs (salary, bonuses, benefits, 401k, and equity).
Works closely with senior leadership, the Talent team, and service line leaders to develop a competitive and equitable total rewards strategy.
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement competitive global compensation structures to attract and retain talent. Oversee global market compensation analyses and ensure internal equity.
- Design and manage sales compensation plans (OTE, commission plans, SPIFs) and executive compensation programs (base salary, short- and long-term incentives, equity plans).
- Develop merit increases, short-term, and long-term incentive programs (e.g., bonuses, equity) to drive organizational performance.
- Benefits Strategy: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs (health, wellness, retirement plans, fringe benefits).
- Administer the 401k, including twice-yearly compliance audits.
- Ensure benefits packages align with organizational objectives and employee needs. Manage the open enrollment process and communicate benefits options effectively.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure programs are competitive and cost-effective.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding compensation trends, benchmarking, and program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA).
- Employee Communication: Act as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding total rewards programs.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
- Provide training and guidance to HR team members and managers regarding compensation and benefits topics.
