ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and transformational Senior Director of Manager & Leader Development to boldly reimagine and scale our global leadership learning strategy across all functions, including Sales leadership.
You will own the enterprise-wide manager and leader development program, including sales leadership, anchored in an innovative and unified leadership model. You will lead programs that are AI-native, innovative, and personalized, delivering measurable impact while reinforcing ServiceNow’s values and leadership principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & Lead the Enterprise Leadership Programming that cascades from senior leadership to first line managers, ensuring alignment across consistent models and methodologies to deliver measurable high-impact results.
- Develop Role-Based, AI-Native Learning Experiences. Create differentiated, persona-specific learning experiences, from aspiring managers to executives, that integrate AI-driven coaching, nudges, and personalized pathways to accelerate leadership growth.
- Lead with Boldness and Urgency in an AI Era. Reimagine leadership development for the AI age, leveraging emerging technologies to future-proof our leaders and instill confidence in leading through complexity and disruption.
- Shape Strategic External Partnerships. Define and execute a strategy to select, manage, and integrate external vendors, executive coaches, and learning partners, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow’s leadership model and organizational goals.
- Engage and Influence Functional Stakeholders. Partner with Learning Business Partners, HRBPs, executive sponsors, Sales leaders, and business leaders to drive adoption, relevance, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead a High-Performing, Agile Team. Inspire and grow a team of innovative, adaptable leaders who can execute complex, enterprise-wide programs with excellence and creativity.
- Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement. Establish metrics that demonstrate tangible business impact, continuously refining programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving landscape.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, sales leadership, or enterprise learning.
- Proven success building enterprise-scale manager and leadership programs across diverse functions and geographies.
- Hands-on leadership experience, including managing people leaders and operating at a senior level.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing external learning partners, vendors, and executive coaches as part of an integrated strategy.
- Applied AI fluency, bringing foundational AI knowledge and hands-on experience to reimagine and scale leadership development.
