ServiceNow is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Manager & Leader Development to scale our global leadership learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Role-Based, AI-Native Learning Experiences.
- Lead with Boldness and Urgency in an AI Era.
- Shape Strategic External Partnerships.
- Engage and Influence Functional Stakeholders.
- Lead a High-Performing, Agile Team.
- Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
- 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, sales leadership, or enterprise learning.
- Proven success building enterprise-scale manager and leadership programs.
- Hands-on leadership experience, including managing people leaders.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing external learning partners.
- Applied AI fluency.
