Full-Time Senior Director New Product Strategy

Senior Director/Director of New Product Strategy and Commercialization (NPSC) is responsible for shaping the Bicycle Therapeutics strategy and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively partner with cross-functional teams for strategic and commercial direction on pipeline planning and product development.
2. Develop the early commercial strategy for key assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
3. Support development and execution of disease-area strategy and prioritization of growth opportunities.
4. Direct market analysis and competitive intelligence investigations to identify current and future trends.
5. Understand and communicate requirements for regulatory approval, market access, and market differentiation.
6. Lead identification of key value drivers and translate them into value proposition elements.
7. Translate insights from scientific experts into actionable strategies.
8. Ensure early development strategy and activities are coordinated with the NPP function.
9. Provide commercial leadership within internal governance forums.
10. Define and evolve disease areas/commercial areas of interest.
11. Lead or provide input into revenue forecast development for new product assessments.
12. Ensure smooth transition of commercial deliverables and insights to later-stage teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business or science
• 5+ years related experience in pharmaceutical marketing, new product planning, market access, or strategy consulting
• Oncology experience (solid tumors), and experience with multiple therapeutic modalities is a plus
• Ability to develop and implement strategies based on trends
• Strong business orientation and ability to view issues from multiple perspectives
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
