We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our North American team as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive all aspects of talent acquisition strategy, operations, and execution for the US and Canada.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure top talent attraction, hiring, and retention alignment with business goals and culture.
- Manage a team of talent acquisition professionals and be a hands-on strategic partner to leadership teams.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and future talent requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process for executive-level and high-impact roles.
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and overall employee experience and retention strategies.
- Identify and leverage innovative recruitment methods, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on employer branding.
- Measure, analyze, and report on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to the broader HR team.
- Manage the recruitment budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or advanced HR certification is a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expertise in recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior leadership/executive positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Compensation: Up to $200,000/year.
