Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our North American team as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and drive all aspects of talent acquisition strategy, operations, and execution for the US and Canada.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to ensure top talent attraction, hiring, and retention alignment with business goals and culture.
  3. Manage a team of talent acquisition professionals and be a hands-on strategic partner to leadership teams.
  4. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and future talent requirements.
  6. Drive the recruitment process for executive-level and high-impact roles.
  7. Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and overall employee experience and retention strategies.
  8. Identify and leverage innovative recruitment methods, tools, and technologies.
  9. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on employer branding.
  10. Measure, analyze, and report on key talent acquisition metrics.
  11. Provide strategic thought leadership to the broader HR team.
  12. Manage the recruitment budget.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and labor market changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced HR certification is a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior leadership/executive positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Compensation: Up to $200,000/year.
